Forums - Sales Discussion - Australian charts 23/09/07 or, where HS didn't flop totally.

Either way, it's the best # ranking HS has had yet.

This is actually one of the better Austrailian charts - SPM, HS, MOH:A and WIC charting...Usually Austrailia is full of crappy, cheap junk.

Great to see WIC in the top 10 - you go alternate-cold war RTS! I cannot wait to purchase you on X360 in afew months :)

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

Around the Network

I'd say a number one is around 5000 and number 2 usually 1000 - 2000.

Stick - I bought World in Conflict and it has stupid troubles with Vista... i'm shattered - can't play, want to play it SO badly... stupid devs and Stupid Vista :(

go paper mario!!! im not surprised actually, ive seen the ad like 8 times already down here in australia.

bioshock out of the top 10 already? im ashamed to live in australia.

So disappointed that my countrymen purchased more of Medal of Honour: Airborne than they did Bioshock this week :(

Despite a six month delay in PAL territories, Super Paper Mario debuted in the overall Australian game charts at number one according to data trackers GfK Australia.

The other two big games that came out during the week of September 17-23--Heavenly Sword and World in Conflict--also made it into the top 10. Heavenly Sword took out the second spot, while World in Conflict sat in sixth. Last week's number one--The Sims 2: Bon Voyage--fell all the way to number eight. The final place in the chart was taken out by EA Games' Medal of Honor: Airborne, two weeks after launching down under.

Despite not making it into the overall top 10 chart, Warhawk for the PlayStation 3 still managed to grab the second position in the PS3 chart.

Its unfortunate for the PS3 that warhawk didn't make the top ten. That said, broadband rates are far lower here in Australia than they are in Europe, America and Japan. Further to this, where broadband exists it is often relatively slow and, in my opinion, just barely passable as true broadband.

Because, you did this in your precedent thread on australian charts for 9 september

http://vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=6838

In fact, it's more complicated, because, your top change every week, go see your old thread.

Your photo from gfk is not a good idea.

The top 360 is for the 16 september week, i see, it's a mistake from gfk. And this mistake is in my top, because gamespot has not see the date.

You can see my thread for the week ending 16 september. Here, the date have not change.
