With Phil Spencer telling people that Natal will cost less than 200 bucks (link), how much u think Ms will sell it at?
If I was Ms I'll sell it 80 bucks and watch it fly off the shelves but know MS ( 4 years and the 20 Gb HD is still 100 bucks)...it'll be somewhere between $120-130.
The video camera and microphone components could probably sell for $30 and be profitable, but I have no idea how expensive the lidar-like ZCam is to make. I also suspect that MS will want to include some kind of wand controller for better interface flexibility.
Given that there's no planned release date, I'm going to guess that the Natal will cost $400 bundled with the launch of the next Xbox. That's the cheapest SKU of the next Xbox.

for the technology MS would be offering, i'm guessing it'd have a starting price of about $130.
$99.99 with a game included.
No way would it cost $200, the thing would be dead on arrival at that price point.
