The video camera and microphone components could probably sell for $30 and be profitable, but I have no idea how expensive the lidar-like ZCam is to make. I also suspect that MS will want to include some kind of wand controller for better interface flexibility.
Given that there's no planned release date, I'm going to guess that the Natal will cost $400 bundled with the launch of the next Xbox. That's the cheapest SKU of the next Xbox.
