No, it means to use it you have to slide the screen up... Just like clamshell phones need to be opened to use them or slide phones to use the keys (not all of them of course lol)

whats so funny? This could mean the PSP go! might have a touch screen (not for gaming purposes) for its multimedia functions, that would be a shocker.
And what would it's function be? For browsing the web? That's a whole load of resources going into improving the experience of the porn-using market of the PSP.

its funny because by definitiion a slider form design would hide the buttons when it is closed..
