pretty much that's how it works.

Notice also the age range also means more income.
A) there are more 12-17 year olds than 25-34 year olds.
B) More kids play games than adults.
C) some other stuff yadda yadda

Yea that is clearly shown on microsoft website and on the retail box. Someone unsure of what they are purchasing will most likely ask a sales assosiate for help.

The fact that sony doesn;t atleast bundle componnent cables with ps3 is confusing to me

The core model before it was renamed to arcade did terrible in sales.

Despite that nice graph, we still do not know the sales of each system.

Although, we could look at how much the 3-6 has been selling since the price cut, and compare it to what the trend of sales would have been (sloping downward). Taking the difference might somehow show something, but nothing really concrete.

Like I said, lets not debate unprovable things.
