Well when I was first exposed to it yesterday the scrolling lagged a little which I didn't like at all. Now that the scroll lag is gone for me it seems fine. It would be nice to be able to customize the colors though.

Well, the new design is incredibly beautiful and cool. Black is the best color for a games site, even one that mainly tracks sales. I give my congratulations for the excelent job.

ANd don´t worry, people will get used to it, with time.

I'll have to get used to the new colors, but that also happened with the last change ;).

My main problem is that the new site looks are the opposite from the old ones, from white to grey. It looks neat and more serious and the text is easier to read, but I don't know... it doesn't look cozy and fun like the old one.

But as I said at the beginning I'll get used to it.

No artistic design. No innovation. Just a big mess of colours that might attract babies and...some others.
It looks like vgcharts fell from white heaven to black burning hell.
The goths might like it though...

I really loathe the overuse of flash in websites. So I guess I can indeed say "bye" to the game database and the main page (with the sales and "chartz").

I've already deleted the 721 games in my collection. There's not much point of keeping it, as I won't be able to easily update it anymore. It's a shame though, I did put a lot of hard work keeping it updated, adding games, release dates and boxarts to database along the way.

I'll still try to stay on the forum though. Although it does suffer from the new theme, it seems to be still usable. When the forum loses its silly oldschool hyperlinks and starts using some new awesome shiny flash interface, I guess that will be a definite goodbye.

It seems Vgchartz wants to be the new Gamespot or IGN. I just liked Vgchartz for what it was.
