Like the title says above
I can't really think of much but wishing I should've gotten a Zune than an Ipod so I'll have to get back on that.
Every single injury I had, and not taking the short rests to let them heal (no I'm not disfigured or crippled, I'm only talking about a few fingers, toes, shoulders, etc). We only get one life, one body, and it is the vessel in which we experience the world we're in.
Regrets? I've had a few...
But, then again, too few to mention.
Getting my girlfriend pregnant 2 years ago!

If that is your worst problem then you are the luckiest person in the world 
OT: I wish I had tried harder in school, I dicked about for the majority of it. I still did very well (and I have certainly made up for lost time at university), but I wish I had actually tried a bit harder as it would have paid off a lot more now.
