first time ive heard of Tact of Magic

and this proves why it doesn't sell... cause no one knows about it...

@trestres

I agree with you to some agree but a couple points I disagree

1. 4 out of 5 games that you listed were from last FY which would not affect how Nintendo will meet their projection this FY. On the other hand, with 3 bombs last FY, they still meet their projections. (Family Jockey Wii is not from Nintendo)

2. Are you implying Punch Out!! would bomb like Excitebots in NA? Seriously?

MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.

Nice numbers for Mass Effect. Hmm next week Musou on PS3 hopefully it can outsell Wii again then :D

Mass Effect did pretty good. It should sell-out the first week.

Takt of Magic sold 3k out of 20k. Unless it has legs like Deca Sports 2, it is another Nintendo flop for a new IP.

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

Cant complain with them ME numbers.

Weird that no PS3 or PSP games released this week. Those little DS and Wii titles and the new 360 title should mean Sony's systems drop off a bit sharper than the others this week.

Why has it taken this long for Mass Effect to get to Japan

WRPG's are not a draw in Japan. Microsoft had to get all of the JRPG's out of their system so that they build somewhat of a base in Japan. I guess they have the belief that some risk will bring rewards later on this gen or next gen.

STAGE - not really. Fable 2 and Fallout 3 released in very short order.

I think a lot of it has to do with the massive amounts of unique text and voice that were required....Plus the buyout of Bioware probably didn't make for good publishing rights.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

Where did that Level 5 game come from?
