I watched it on TV at 10pm, it came on when I was watching a movie and eating popcorn. I was eating popcorn watching the whole 9/11 event unfold.

I was in mexico, in what it would be 8/9th grade..... in my school. Everyone insisted on watching it all day long... after 20 minutes i was really bored. Didn't think it was a big deal back then.... don't think it was a big deal today.
03/10/09 HUGE day in my life:
In bed. Go the antipodes.
But yeah, remember waking up that morning and parents showing me the papers and shit. Crazy times.

I was at college. I posted some controversial opinions that a beatnik friend of mine in another city had made on his diaryland page as the start page on one of the computers in the computer lab.
Then when I was leaving there this girl that was absolutely stunning, that was a professor's daughter, and that I had a class with rushed out and gave me a big hug and wanted to make sure that I was doing okay because she thought I had really been upset about 9-11. I gave her a hug back and was thinking "Oh, getting a big hug from you like this is really awesome but you work right outside that computer lab, well you're going to be seeing some comments I put on that computer that are going to throw a negative light on me in about two minutes."
And to make a long story short, I still think it cost me the greatest relationship I was ever likely to have and probably led to some other bad days.
I was in school. Fourth grade in the bronx. My hot teacher got the call from her husband who was running a marathon in the city that day. She looked scared then all the parents picked up the other students until I was the only one left in class.
I was the only one with the teacher and she was scared so we hugged and I got to feel her boobs for a really really long time. Then school ended and I cursed at my mom for not picking me up like the other kids. Went home ate a sandwhich tried to watch Dragon Ball Z but the new kept coming on then I saw what happened and started to cry (can't remember if it was because of the tower, becuase I missed DBZ, or becuase I still wanted to feel my teachers boobs--- they were that awesome.)

Exactly what happened to me >.<

^_^
I was in sixth grade camp. It's this program my middle school had when we had to go to a summer camp for a week and when I first heard about it, for some reason I thought the announcers were talking about a past event. When my parents came to get me, they were worried to say the least. They said if one more thing blew up they would come to take me home early. Kinda wish they just got too scared.

5th grade in class. I had no idea what was going on. The school day just continued as normal but kids were being picked up early all day. I didn't know until my mom told me and then I was like, what's the World Trade Center?
3 rooms away from where I am now. I was on my sofa half asleep, with CNN on the TV. I thought I dreamed the whole thing, but sadly that nightmare was real. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I honestly thought it was the end of the world, and that every plane in the sky was going down.
