IGN also speculates that Lost and Damned is coming to PS3.

IGN aren't really very trustworthy on these things. They'll pass anything as news, whether it's an announcement from a company, an article in a magazine, a blog, or the drunken ramblings of a hobo.

Well I think there is a good chance that the new DLC will be shown at E3, but I certainly think Sony will have something GTA IV related too, most likely Lost and Damned

Are we including the 3D motion sensing camera, the wand, Halo ODST, MGS 4 Oxide, Project Dimitri, Perfect Dark, APB, Huxely, Splinter Cell Convinction + exclusive DLC for many more?

However, they might be beaten by Sony with the PSMote, Slim PS3, PSP Go, Heavy Rain, God of War 3, Gran Turismo 5, Final Fantasy XIIIs, Final Fantasy VII remake, Kingdom Hearts 3, Sly Cooper 4, Syphon Filter PS3, rewards for trophies, the BBC secret game, MGS 5, Assassin's Creed 2 exclusivity, Uncharted 2: Among Theives and Ratchet & Clank

This E3 is going to fall miles below our expectations...

Lionhead game reveal.
2 Rare retail game reveals.(KI and PD)
Perfect Dark on XBLA reveal.
BigGames(recently aquired studio) game reveal.
EPIC game reveal.
ODST gameplay reveal.
Motion detecting device reveal.
New NXE features reveal.
More Primetime games reveal.
Zune\Live integration reveal.
Crackdown reveal.
ZuneHD gaming capabilities reveal.
GTA DLC reveal.
They will go over sales numbers.
XNA feature additions. Maybe motion controller API additions.
Avatar customization kit reveal.
Maybe a 360 redesign.
That is all I can think of for now.
