... Ports aren't hyped like this... Can't be a port for MGS4....
I'm thinking MGS5... Main character Raiden.

This would be the most logical.
My guess is staying at a prequel to MGS4, as Raiden.

Kojima would surely have been working on a MGS4 Exsistance type game since the launch of MGS4. Then there is MGS5, and Zone of the Enders, which I think it will be neither. Looks like a military game. Lightnig/Raiden... Oooooo... could be MGS5!
Playing and finishing games first>>>>>>>>>>Then talking!

If I create a twitter account with a name "Bungie" then post "Halo 4, exclusive for PS3". I just wonder how many people I'm gonna piss off. I also wonder if that's gonna be more than enough to start a Fanboy World War that Squeenix is fearing?

Nah, he's just documenting the breakout of Swine Flu in Japan :P

I'm not an expert with html, but when hunting around in source code I found:
<title>KOJIMA PRODUCTION "NEXT"</titleWhat's meta name? Is it so that it appears on google?

A interesting comment from Kotaku:
Analyzing the frame.swf source code:
There will be 5 "keys" revealed in 5 dates:
5/18/2009: http://www.konami.jp/kojima_pro/next/img/key_eah.swf
5/22/2009: http://www.konami.jp/kojima_pro/next/img/key_ebb.swf (not yet uploaded to the website)
5/27/2009: http://www.konami.jp/kojima_pro/next/img/key_ebg.swf ((not yet uploaded to the website)
5/30/2009: http://www.konami.jp/kojima_pro/next/img/key_ebi.swf (ot yet uploaded to the website)
6/01/2009: http://www.konami.jp/kojima_pro/next/img/key_fa.swf (not yet uploaded to the website)
There is a loader swf for each key.
The programmer was smart enough to use a external source for the current time instead of using the viewer system time. (http://www.konami.jp/cgi-bin/server_time.cgi)
Maybe the loader for the next key will change the weather in the frame.swf
-----------
Someone else managed to shave some hours off the timer.
http://www.konami.jp/kojima_pro/next/frame.swf?lmt01=20090518100000&lmt02=20090519100000&lmt03=99999999999999&lmt04=99999999999999&lmt05=99999999999999
However, if the aforementioned is correct, the timer is dependant on the server time and might not be affected by this 'trick'.
