Sqrl is a PS3 fan?
News to me. Seeing as he doesn't own a PS3. I have to agree, though, that despite the mods having their own biases, it's more or less equal between them. And they all do a really good job of keeping those biases in check.
We could do with another pro-Sony mod, but...these things are not for us to decide.
yes i do think hes qualified put me down also wat ever happened to DMJ the guy with the cat avatar? i think he should become a mod as well

When we have long-time site members actually leaving because it is starting to be overrun by PS3 fanboys, what possible justification can you offer for another pro-Sony mod before a Pro-Nintendo or Pro-Microsoft one?
starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS
I think the problem is that many people see the mods as something like the supreme court, with factions representing the different views of the people here.
Well here's my take. CGI is a very likeable person. I like him very much as a member of this site. There are some good qualities he has that would make him a prime candidate, like his calm demeanor and his ability to pinpoint trolling and flaming of many varieties. However, here's why I'm going to vote no at this point in time:
1. CGI does not use the reports function enough, which is noticeable since he posts a lot and is involved in many controversial topics, even if just to cool the flames. This is a very easy way to see who is looking for the types of things that mods have to look for. Those that report correctly and assist in that way in getting bans handed out would obviously have an easier time transferring over to the role of a moderator. Without that, I personally don't know how many instances will pass right under CGI's nose even as he's in the same topic.
2. I doubt his ability to weed out trolls of the Sony variety, just because I've seen far too many times when he's quoted and agreed with a topic or post I have personally banned someone for moments later. While CGI is very levelheaded and does not participate in the trolling, I think he has slight beer goggles when dealing with Sony fans far too often. I'm not putting anybody on blast in this topic, but if you want to know CGI, just PM me.
That's all.

I should have known. Being picked a mod had nothing to do with the personality of the user but on the amount of times he/she reported others.
I'm.....sad now.
And let me add, now I know that all users that became mods had one thing in common. They were all snitches!
.....Please don't ban me .

I think he's shown several qualities that you would hope to find in moderators. His posts are always fair and I have to say he is one of the least biased members of this community. So VGChartz lets make CGI-Quality a MOD!!! People Who Want CGI-Quality made a mod!

Hell no...and the list consist of Sony fans/Fanboys.
