CGI does not use the reports function enough, which is noticeable since he posts a lot and is involved in many controversial topics, even if just to cool the flames. This is a very easy way to see who is looking for the types of things that mods have to look for. Those that report correctly and assist in that way in getting bans handed out would obviously have an easier time transferring over to the role of a moderator. Without that, I personally don't know how many instances will pass right under CGI's nose even as he's in the same topic. 2. I doubt his ability to weed out trolls of the Sony variety, just because I've seen far too many times when he's quoted and agreed with a topic or post I have personally banned someone for moments later. While CGI is very levelheaded and does not participate in the trolling, I think he has slight beer goggles when dealing with Sony fans far too often. I'm not putting anybody on blast in this topic, but if you want to know CGI, just PM me. That's all. |
I should have known. Being picked a mod had nothing to do with the personality of the user but on the amount of times he/she reported others.
