If you're into rpg's then it is likely to still get some exclusive rpg's, but judging from your game collection I doubt that to be the case. Of course, you won't get that much for it so you might as well keep it, you might be surprised sometime.

Personally I'd never sell a console or advise someone else to. Wait for E3, it may change your mind.

When you beat that, you will want to keep it for Mass Effect 2.
And there will be a Gears 3 also.
i still keep my 360 so u should also, there should be a few games out this year that are worth getting. splinter cell is one of them.
