Forums - Gaming - Why do people say GT is leagues ahead of Forza?

Forza

----------

-Better handling (More realistic).

-More customization

-Will lead in downloadable content

-Better Scoreboard

GT

--------

-Better graphics

-More Cars

-Better Tracks

-Better Soundtrack

I like GT better for the overall package, but Forza is more realistic and handles better. Can't fault it for that. Also, the GT series has had far more time to evolve into something bigger. If we were on Forza 5 like GT5 is now...i'd say Forza would win, but it's not that way so GT5.

Forza has better handling because of the engine and the 360 controller (More realistic). GT5 has graphics beyond its due time and better tracks.

You don't compare the handling with controllers...

Easier to drive doesn't mean it's more realistic.

I'm not trying to say GT has better physics. But if you have extensive track experience to back you up, I would love to hear. Normal gamers don't usually find the difference because they don't have experience how different cars would react under extreme conditions.

360 controller is more realistic?

yo_john117 to me it seems like you got your answer a long time ago in this thread and now you are just defending nothing.

Easier?....Forza 2's handling on the wheel that was created of it is amazing. The controller is not bad either. It's not exactly easy, but its far more realistic and solid than GT5's handling. Anyway, I rewrote my point with an edit. Check it out.

I edited my post after your reply. I'll repeat again.

If you don't have any track experience at all, you should stop saying either game has better physics because you don't know how it should be.

The 360 controller is much better for racers. Based on the way it was created it is the overall better choice.

You play GT and Forza in a map with pouring rain and see which one is more realistic.

The controllers are personal preference.

No controllers can make driving realistic.

If you want to compare realism, compare them with wheels.

I'm not going to debate on that.

I don't have any actual experience on racing on a real wet track, or even a good dry track to compare the realism.

I would love to hear your personal experience to back your point up. How do you define which has better physics?
