Let us not get carried away, GT5 will have completed a miracle if it does half the Mario Kart Wii sales. Will beat Forza 3 sales though as well as any other HD racing game though.

Not doubting VGChartz or anything but as I said this is sales ending December 08. Half a year has gone and I think we are closer to 4 million with disc and PSN sales.

The site may be a little off, but I doubt the game has averaged > 30k a week since then.

^^^^^ it doesnt show no data for the psn downloads

Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!

Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st

Just looking at these numbers with the full game not having released yet.......I'm terribly shocked people are under the impression GT5 will do anything under 8 million.

I mean really how silly. :(

Amazing numbers for an unfinished game. I can't wait too see the kind of impact that the real GT 5 will have.

That's pretty good for a "demo". Seriously though, this game was better than most racing games last year.
