its an interesting idea, and i say that it hinges on 3 factors.

1 how long does the halo3/fable bundle last Im betting 1 year.... with that it helps alot and makes it more certain to happen, anything less than a year of bundling would hurt it.

2 I expect a boost during odst nothing to major but a boost combined with the bundle could see halo 3 comeb back into the hundred thousands for a week or two, that helps, it should also keep sales elevated over normal weeks like this one.

3. halo 4 can not be announced before 2011 this would go along with the launch of the next 360 in 2012.



if all of these happen I can see halo 3 getting to ten million in america. but even outside that i think we will see the 360 hit a user base of 30 million in the states and 1/3 ownership could make it happen

dont think so but wouldnt surprise me really. halo is xbox so anyone who buys an xbox probably buys halo 3 also. anyway i still dont understand how such an awful game like halo 3 ( sorry if theres any fans out there) can sell so bloody much. what the hell did microsoft do feed everyone the discs?

Its sales will decline and because of MW2 releasing this fall I can see this holiday being by far its lowest ever.

 Maybe because the vast majority of gamers don't think it's awful, just a guess though.  As for the actual topic it's probably 50/50, if a "Halo 4" makes it to 360 then it's guaranteed.

Awwww.... Someone's bitter over the fact that Halo is bigger than any 3 PS3 exclusives combined. But don't worry, GT5 is due out soon, and then Halo 3 will only be bigger than PS3's 2 biggest exclusives combined.

If it gets bundled then yes... if not, then it will probably sell above 9 million but doubt that it will hit 10... it has a solid chance to do 12 million LT IMO, but thats all...
