I had to go look at what you were talking about, I bet its because all the stuff that plugs in there is also grey. and though making more colored head sets could be a new revenue stream i doubt as many people would buy it as would controllers that are colored. honestly though do you care what color battery is plugged into it when playing? and if you have to use the playing charger, did you go out and find a pink one? (im not sure they make a pink one but i know there is black, grey and white )

Yeah, it looks fine on the black controller, it looks good on the white controller, but I do agree - it looks AWFUL on the pink controller. It really is ugly.

Doesn't make sense to me either. I think a colour differential does belong, but on the pink one, they should've picked a colour other than greay.

I thought the pink and grey colors look good together actually. They did make pink and blue battery charging pack but they are probably no longer in production.

I just notice the Wal-mart exclusive one have white bottom ... I wonder if they are going to release other colors this year beside the red. And what the heck happen to the new D-pad design ... that should have been intergrate into all new controller by now.
