Nothing is confirmed either way. But so what if it does ? who cares. I played metal gear solid 4 a year ago. I certainly don't care if more people gets to play it. :p

We don't believe it because of a twitter post. We just figured it would happen already, and this brought it back up. I think it'll probably happen eventually. I think there is no "proof" and rumors mean nothing, but yeah, developers always claim a game will stay exclusive. They have to. It's in the contract.

Not many people believe the rumor has basis, but people have opinions on the subject that come from long before twitter was invented.

Great. To answer your question, Xbox 360 only owners, and people who have yet to upgrade to a HD console care immensely.

The damn thing says nothing about MGS4 on 360... I still don't understand how anyone could pull MGS4+ on 360 from that... that's seriously grasping...

I agree. I'll say it again. There is absolutely NO proof of this. However, don't group those people who believe that the game will be ported in with those who believe these rumors. I've believed the game would see a port for a long, long time, from my own deductions, not because of some bogus internet rumors. :P

im pretty sure there was never a exclusive contract with -$ony, they just made it exclusively, because kojima likes the ps3.

@Stocko. Exactly. It may come to the 360. But the twitter in question does nothing to add credibilty to it happening. Just the opposite in fact. It's only slightly more credible than hearing "Nintendo is going to merge with Sega, my cousins friend told me!", under the monkey bars at recess. Then we went home and watched ninja turtles.

People are grabbing at straws as it is no longer about the games, but seems to only be about 'my console manufacturer of choice is better than yours' - which is really sad!

I also think with all the previously "exclusive" 360 games going to and coming to the PS3 (one being Bioshock and resulting Bioshock 2, ToV etc) they need to find a way to make themselves feel better about this!
