No... just iof you count the GBC as GB... the PS2 is next, it already passed the real Game Boys LT sales :D

Nintendo counts GB & GBC as one item - Game Boy - since all GBCs could play GB games.
Whatever DS ends up at will include DS Phat, DS Lite, DSi, just as whatever PSP ends up will include PSP, PSP 2000, PSP 3000 and likely the PSP 4000/PSP Go.
The portables get new models to try to offset game software purchasing declines which are much steeper than for the consoles.

As The Source already stated out - yes, it has outsold the PsX. If you look at the front page, DS is at 102.57M
The official shipment number for PsX is 102.49M. So by VGChartz data, DS has outsold the PsX.
When I write Fact: in one part of the post, and opinion: (or a similar word), it's not because I can then say "my opinion can't be wrong". It is to inform what part is pure facts, and which part I try to draw a conclusion in.
