You're severely limiting your choices if you judge games solely on graphics. They are important but not the be all and end all. The game looks interesting and gameplay are what's most important so that's how I'll judge the game.
Plus this is the first we've seen of it so we don't know how far in development they are or if this is the finished product. I doubt it is.
The time travel aspect looks cool, but the game as a whole looks pretty bad.

Practically everyone on this site has some degree of bias. I try to remain objective while posting and when approaching new subjects though.
If a game looks bad I'll say it looks bad, regardless of what platform.
