Paper Mario: the Thousand Year Door

I bought it a few years ago for ridiculously cheap when Best Buy sold off all their Gamecube games and then it sat on my shelf in its original plastic wrap up until a month or so ago.

I finally started playing it and it's easily one of the best games I've ever played.

Are you done with the game yet?

Yup-- loved it.  The first hour was pretty much torture and the game just throws retarded amount of text at you but I still loved it.

Call of Duty 4 as well.

I spent my money on Halo 3 and got CoD 4 for Christmas. Still hardly ever touch Halo, but CoD is still amazing.

Call of Duty 4. I purchased it in January of this year, two months after purchasing COD:World at War. It's quite possibly my favorite game this generation.

Damn that's a long wait!  I only rented it myself because I'm not big into online, but I thought that even the three months I waited before doing that was far too long.

Pikmin, can't wait for NPC! Pikmin 2 and Pikmin 3 ^.^

@ op: I generally hate western games as well but one I can think of for slapping myself for not checking it out sooner: Deus Ex.

Half Life 2. Didn't beat it until 2008. So far behind everyone else. Had to play the greatest shooter ever created that far behind everyone else. So wish I could have played when it launched so I really would have had a great case against the mass of stereotypical and run of the mill shooters on the market.

Deus Ex, i was a lil late, Thief I and II, Starcraft (i was still playiing WCII). HL1 was a huge miss for me too. HL2 as well. Other than that I have been on the ball recently. Too bad games have started sucking....

I've done this a bunch of times but I am cheap so I don't feel too bad.

COD4, Wind Waker, Metroid Prime, Burnout Paradise (especially this one)

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

Bioshock. Bioshock. Bioshock.

I almost bought a 360 just for it. Then right when I was about to, I learned it was comin to PS3. So I got it for PS3, only for the system to crash with it stuck inside. I finally got a chance to play it this week, I cant believe what I have been missing.
