No Skittles, you wish that would come true, you know, just like how said (wished?) that the release of WKC would be in the first quarter of '09 while I said the game won't make it 'till after April '09, and of course, I was the right one. :p
As for a new Persona, I think one is already in work for PS3, because right after Persona 3, the programmers were starting working on a new engine for PS3.
It would be great, but I really don't think one will be announced at E3. Not often that JRPG's are announced E3 first instead of TGS, and I doubt this one will break the trend.
