Well I have no plans to buy one anytime soon. If it comes bundled with a big 1st party game like Zelda or Mario I will get it but not until then. What am I going to buy Wii sports resort please I haven't touched Wii Sports in 18+ months.

There are some EA games, for one thing.

Haven't boughten an EA game since the SNES days...not a fan!!

Then just buy a separate one when a game comes along you want it with. Duh.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

@rupsuperstar31: Red Steel may be bundled and that's looking quite good so far

Don't know about Wii Speak - it's not essential. WM+ is a different story, it's the evolution of Wii's core technology. To push it and make 3rd parties really support it, they really should bundle it or replace the current Wiimote with Wiimote+. Big mistake that they don't, if you ask me.

Currently playing: NSMB (Wii)

Waiting for: Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii), The Last Story (Wii), Golden Sun (DS), Portal 2 (Wii? or OSX), Metroid: Other M (Wii),
... and of course Zelda (Wii)

It is simple, Wii is selling well on it's own

WM+ will be bundled with games including 3rd parties. This bundle will HELP sell games, which Nintendo needs otherwise 3rd parties will dissapear of the Wii with good games.

IMHO this is the better solution for Nintendo to get game sales up.

Bundling might be the most effective in Japan though, since it can keep those fickle consumers aware of that new feature.

Red Steel 2 would be a good idea for a bundle.

WiiSpeak is going to end up as a rarely used, useless sort of peripheral. It sounds like it's a PITA to implement (according to HVS), those who use it are bound to strict implementation policies (FCs required to hear/speak with others), and the coop/competitive games that voice chat is important for are rare on the Wii.

Going to be interesting to see how third parties approach WM+ though.
