This again?

Uncharted does not look "better" than Gears of War 2.  It has more color, but Gears of War 2 and even Gears of War 1 had better textures, animations, more realism, etc.  Uncharted went for plastic/barbie/cell shaded color, Gears went for "grit/grime/glory/realism of war".  They can't just be directly compared because the term "better" doesn't really have defined criteria.  In terms of realism and textures, Gears of War series easily wins.  In terms of color, uncharted wins.

Also, those screenshots for both games are absolutely awful.  They are all blurry and jaggy, which from playing both games they look way better than the screenshots there.  They must have a lame capture card.

This is exactly the babble I pointed at in the other thread.PS3 fanboys think exclusives are gods. Well The single best moment in graphics over EVERYTHING belongs to Gears 2. First time you enter the underground cave. Unbelievable. Even in this thread the OP has all screenshots from Gears 2 multiplayer, which are from Gamespot.

Gears 2 >>>>>> MGS 4>>>>>>>>>>Unharted. The only game better than Gears 2 is KZ2.

I will add Uncharted is single player. Almost all Gears 2 screens I see are feom multiplayer. Use Single player screnshots ( which have ALL the effects and much higher texture resolution and Uncharted loses out.

Well, nightsurge has made some good points in here, and honestly, this was the only inaccurate one. In fact, Naughty Dog boasted heavily about Uncharted's massive animation count, which did exceed Gears 1.
