I find it odd that CMONEY was banned even though he provided legitimate sources for his information but the people baselessly attcking him and his arguments are still here unbanned.
Guess there is a double standard here on vgchartz.
On topic - The ps3 does have a nice 2009 line-up.
Microsoft needs to win e3 and have some BIG surprises

He wasn't banned for his argument at all, he was banned for his comment to Carl2291.
You can check by going to his profile. Under their profile name and avatar it will have a link to the post that resulted in the ban.

Userbase is a pisspoor excuse... the original Xbox didn't get these kind of excuses when it's big brand was put up to Sony's big brand during the Holiday season. A 8 million unit lead idea is almost totally in the US and while the US is the muscle behind the videogame profit machine it doesn't seal the deal by any means. Sony does considerably well in Europe and it crushes the 360 in Japan. If the Halo name can make an RTS go toe to toe with one of the great FPS games of this gen I think it should be able to post massive numbers. After all it's the expanded Multiplayer that most people will be interested in. I wont be at all surprise if Halo:ODST does more units than the top two or three sony exclusives this holiday. Halo sits up there right next to Mario when it comes to massive franchises... though I just don't think we'll see the Chief (or his Marine friends) in a baseball game or football game... and what's up with Mario not having an American Football game? Nintendo? WTF milk that franchise right
Why not put up the sales of PES 2009? That was a multiplat released during Christmas last year.

Yeah sure becouse FFXIII which can sell 1.5-2M in Japan, Gow III which can go into 2-3M range , Uncharted 2 which can get into 2-3M range plus whatever HR and Infamous sale will all be paper weight sales wise :D

It's just horrible when Sony fanboys put faith in 4-5 games ganging up against one 360 game. Desperation is horrible! lol
