Forums - Nintendo - When will Nintendo update My Pokemon Ranch and Pokemon Battle Revolution?

It's been bothering me for a bit. Japan got their updates for both games almost immediately after Platinum was released. I wonder why Nintendo of America hasn't done the same for the US yet...both updates had added the ability to show Giratina in Origin Forme and Shaymin in Sky Forme, but Ranch had added new scenarios and items in it.

NOA is slow if they even get things done at all.

NoA is awful confirmed.

Pixel Art can be fun.

Yeah, I can't stand NoA lately. Nintendo as a whole is the greatest company in gaming, but I truly can't stand NoA. The last cool thing to come out of them was Reggie's 'coming-out' speech at E3 2004, where he did the 'kicking ass, taking names, making games' speech.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

I think it might be done after the Rotom event. After all, why do Shaymin's Sky Forme and Giratina's Origin Forme and leave out Rotom's formes?

^Good point.

Why am I the only one who thinks NoA is waiting on the Japanese branch and not just twiddling its thumbs?

Because its cool to hate on NoA.

Honestly though, i don't know about how much autonomy their branch has. Iwata says something, Reggie says something different, and the truth will be lost forever.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

They must update them now, I can´t leave my pokemon in my pokemon ranch because the game doesn´t recognize Platinum.

^ That seems like a strange oversight from Gamefreak. I thought that the games' code was the same at its core for all Pokemon games from the same gen, which explains why Fire Red and Leaf Green were recognised by Ruby and Sapphire and Colloseum, even though Fr/Lg didn't exist when they released.
