So, that's the email I got and I never even noticed that I was missing 400 points.

Its good they refunded you and gave you a bonus, but it was a little cheap offering just 100 points imo. It would have been a better jesture to offer 200 just because you can actually buy something with that amount of points.

Tease.

Yeah saw this. Kinda wierd cause I could have sworn they only charged me the 800.

It's just that simple.

I, too, received this email a few hours ago. My question is how could they have charged me 1200 ms points when I only had like 920 in my account when I purchased it? I could be mistaken though. Either way I'll gladly accept the 500 ms points.

I also received this email. Super sweet.

That's nice of them!

But I thought MS would be the devil in person?

lol. I was thinking along the same lines.... :P

OT: Nice that you get free money because they made a mistake

Not trying to be a fanboy. Of course, it's hard when you own the best console eve... dang it

I also got the MS email, but I don't recall being overcharged for Braid. I'd think I'd have noticed if they took out 1200 points.

Yet, today, America's leaders are reenacting every folly that brought these great powers [Russia, Germany, and Japan] to ruin -- from arrogance and hubris, to assertions of global hegemony, to imperial overstretch, to trumpeting new 'crusades,' to handing out war guarantees to regions and countries where Americans have never fought before. We are piling up the kind of commitments that produced the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.
