Based on past sales of FF titles.

FFXIII JP > NA > EU

FFXIII ps3 JP > FFXIII 360 WW

Both versions of FFXIII should sell roughly equal in the West, much like SFIV, with maybe a slight nod to the 360 version, but the ps3 version should more than double the 360 version worldwide.
