Would be MORE HAPPY with your PS3 is it had been like the Wii

basically if SONY played like nintendo....went for lower power & so on.....but due to this gains 1ST PLACE.....

Would you be happy witht he PS3 in such a situation?

TONS of 3rd PARTY Support

LOVE from MEDIA & People

GUARANTEED PROFIT for sony & SUPPORt till the console dies

& so on.....

Graphics power ONLY marginally better than PS2

NO Xbox 360 PORTS (assuming MS still managed to secure console exclusives)

NO ROBUST Online

NO MGS4 at its cinematic best

NO Blu-ray & media capabilities (very less....lets say DVD playback at max)

& so on.....

I own both, so no. I like my PS3 as a Bluray player, I like PSN games, I like watching Hulu on my TV, etc.

All of the "pros" apart fromthe 1st place one can still be achieved.

And anyway, i already have a Wii

No I would not be happy. Would opt for a 360 instead or if Nintendo had made a PS3-like machine.

Despite the Wii being in 1st place and having high sales rates, I just prefer the exclusives and multplats the PS3 gets.

No. I want to see a Shadow of Colossus on its HD marvelous.
And it could have a robust online, it doesn't depend on the machine, depends really on who makes it.

And one last note, Sony is not that inovative to go that way. Maybe next gen they and Microsoft will get Wii'd...
