Forums - Nintendo - So who bought Broken Sword : Secret of the Templars Directors Cut ?

I must say that i miss these kind of games. simple yet fun, brain warping and witty. Still remember when i used to play the Goblins! series on my pc in the early 90's.

As for Broken Sword i would really reccomend this game to anyone who appreciated Zack&Wiki as well as games like Myst or Phantasmagoria(even if the latter was a horror game while BS is not). And take this to heart SEARCH EVERY F*CKIN' THING. I had moments where i was stuck for an hour because i didn't notice a little spill of pixels that represented a hole in the wall ;(.

Bad sides? well for me it was the puzzles that required the use of the wiimote since they were a bit clunky and lagged. But this might be because i was playing in a very sunlitted room and the ir sensors were going berserk.

So who else has the game?

If i lose access to this profile as well....I'm done with this site.....You've been warned!!.....whoever you are...

Happy Wii60 user. Me and my family are a perfect example of where hardcore meets casual and together mutate into something awesome.

Ahh. i also recommend this game its a cult classic point and click game, it had a great story and great voice acting , i dont have it , i have the original one on Playstation tho.

I have not YET (Rune Factory took up far more of my time than I'd anticipated...) but I definitely will sometime in May.

I did! And it's great!

It's sad that these games aren't being made anymore.

I will eventually for sure.

It's on my list, but reviews are a little mixed, so I'm hoping to find a bargain somewhere.

I am definately getting this, I really like to play point & clicks on my Wii while I eat or am otherwise too preoccupied to give a game my full undivided attention. However it galls me to pay $50 for a 13 yr old game I could pick up for $5 on PC. But it's the best adventure game out for Wii so I'm going to suck it up and get it anyway.

It's on my pile of shame. I'll get it when the price drops sometime this summer.

I gotta buy this one later ,there's too much game with too little time.

And i just pre-order MHG starter pack.

Orz...I need more time to play games.

I plan on getting it.... though I'd like to obtain it as a bargain (when the price drops?)
