It's obvious that the moderators were interviewed and chosen by naznatips (and perhaps somebody else as well), how were the admins chosen?

Ioi/Brett was obviously the first, since he founded the site. Does he know all of you personally? Has he met you? Were you all members of his original website, and he handpicked you to be admins? Are you all just incarnations of Brett, in different forms?

I'm intrigued to see how it happened.

My guess is admins are chosen based on time spent on the site, posts and willingness to add to the site in any form. I doubt Brett knows any of 'm personally.

I believe the admins are close friends of ioi/Brett. They are his drinking buddies down at the local bar .

You have to fight to the death with another contestant, if you win you passed the first step to becoming an admins.

After that you to drive a miniture bike 360 degrees through a full pipe.

You have to be able to bench press 250 pounds.

You have to be able to sing every word in the song for Titanic - my heart will go on.

You have to own atleast one $250,000 or more car.

and then you have to drink 4 beers in 4 seconds.

Every 2 years 32 members are chosen for Tekken tournament... 4 of these contestants are admins that have underperformed during the past 2 years. [For the first tournament the 4 special contestants were just mods]. Losers were stripped bear naked, tied to trees and used for target practice of Dragonouv Rifles. The last 4 remaining contestants become admin [or retain their admin status].

When an Admin retires and a new admin is needed, 50 site members are gathered up and thrown into an empty olympic swimming pool. The pool is sheltered by safety glass with 30 air holes only 2 inches in diameter. There are 3 daggers at the center of the pool. THere's is also a timer set to 8 minutes for the pool to begin to refill itself. Last man standing is extracted b4 drowning. If all drown or are lost in some other way, the contest is re-held in 3 days.
