alli really care about are financials... when are those anyway?

probably late april or early may. I think they take longer for FY end reports, and the calander year reports came in at the end of Januray.

For the first 1.5 years I was on this site I kept my own spreadsheet so I could make better predictions. I always had to go back up to 5 weeks to ensure I had the right totals.

Since the total data is always reasonably close to legitimate shipped figures from the manufacturers, I am happy.

There will always be adjustments on the site. It's not a big deal. There used to be a post about why this occurs. Just look at the current numbers as a more accurate assessment of overall console sales.

I perdicted these adjustments would come. It was too good to be true that the X360 sold 11.5 mill in 2008 (its slowly been adjusted down to 11.0 mill for 2008) and the first months of 2009 were just too impressive year-over-year.

Too bad the PS3 wasn't as overtracked as the X360 has been.

why are we surprised about this. arent adjustments inevitable considering how often different retailers post their sales figures!.

so the real question is, is the ps3 gaining momentum or is the 360 slowing down? i dont realy think kz2 shipped consoles, but i wouldn't be surprised if mlb did for america.

Why is it too bad that the PS3 hasn't been overtracked as much as the 360?? Surely the more accurate the numbers the better, regardless of the outcome!?

More info coming in, found out prior estimates weren't accurate enough. Now more accurate.

 Well you know... for guys like me the battle between the PS3 and x360 means more than anything else lol.
