Price it too high and it won't have a good attach rate. Hence games that will support it probably will not offer a difference game experience with or without it so that everyone will be able to play them...

Prediction: The PS3 will surpass the 360 on weekly sales after it drops to $299 on all regular weeks (no big releases).
Cheaper would be better.
But it is not like I am not going to buy it.
I just hope that stores don't try to charge an extra $5 for this (see Gamestop on Link's Crossbow Training, see many retailers on the Wii Wheel).

Buying it with game bundles... WSR, Gran Slam Tennis... I think there will be more games bundled with it in the future

That's what I was thinking. Unless there's a game that truly needs it, and I happen to really want that game then I'll buy it. Any other way it's not worth it to me.
It will be interesting to see the sales prior to the the release of Virtua Tennis. Thats the first title being released in PAL region anyway about 3 weeks later.

i thought it was going to be at least $30....I have to wait and see what games utilize it to see if the price tag justifies it, and hopefully development costs go down and they could lower the price

these guys are making motion+ and are thier cheapest gyroscope is $30
however the $40 model sounds closer to what motion+ appears to be. obviously nintendo gets them cheaper because of the economies of scale but factor in packaging, distribution and retailer'c cut and the price seems resoanable to me

In the US the device will be out for 1 week before any anounced games for it are available. I'm really thinking Nintendo might drop a bomb on us at E3 and anounce a game that will be available the same day that WM+ is. It doesn't make any sense to release WM+ if nothing uses it.
