Shame it didn't sell better. It's a lot better game gameplay wise then Disgaea in my opinion.

You've just got to be up for using a lot more strategy then you would in normal SRPGs.

It is generally seen as the "Black Sheep" of the Disgaea family for having more understated humor and being more "serious" though dealing with the problems of a young girl.

Perhaps they were expecting the expanded audience to pick up the game.

A full-price, quick-n-dirty port of a five year old PS2 game that can be picked up for $10 at a Gamestop? And wasn't it remade or ported over to at least one other system already (could be wrong there)?

A port of a fucking PS2 game that sold bad. I dont make up excuses like other people and the main reason Im posting is because I "flop" is anything that was suppose to or thought to sell well but didnt.

Great reviews plus hype and a game doesnt sell thats a flop.

I game that never sold well with no hype or much money sunk into it is not a flop. its just a bad seller.

To be fair we don't know how it sold on the PS2.

I'd guess worse then Disgaea games but the Database has no info...

which is weird since it's newer then Disgaea 1 and 2... which do have data.
