Some people seem to be kind of disgusted with near-realistic depictions of human beings, but I'm not.

However, I think that I "suffered" the feeling of the Uncanny Valley when I looked at the real time water simulation in some game that I can't remember at this moment. The water looked almost real, but it was the way the ripples moved when the bullets crossed the water surface, etc. I felt a bit uncomfortable, but that hasn't happened again, to me.

The red text hurt my eyes. This subject also seems very interesting but i have other things to d so i won't be able to study it too much.

Very interesting.

I realized this fact some time ago but I didn't knew it had a name and such a huge fanbase ;)
That explains why I have no real interest in something artifical that seems too real.

That's an old thread though :S
