His demands for 3rd party software without offering support to devs is still quite arrogant though. Nintendo significant money off HW sales unlike sony or M$ so faking altruistic motives for other devs doesn't fall through. their high base has also failed to move mountains for many 3rd parties who actually put good faith into their wii works. They don't need GTA anyways.

Looks like nintendo doesn't have any plans to take back Japan as of the moment or perhaps even Reggie doesn't know.

I liked when he said that /nintendo doesn't buy exclusivity. I guess a little shot at MS and Sony. However, I think they should be buying exclusivity, I mean from a business standpoint. That would assure total market domination, and not just domination among the expanded audience.

Nintendo has a thing against buying marketshare. Disruptors generally do, so they make almost everything they do profitable; games, consoles, accessories etc. and they don't pay for an investment unless it has a direct return, not solely an indirect one.

Given this week's 205k sales in the Americas, 800k in a month is a completely reasonable expectation. More in other months is just as reasonable.

I know Disaster:DoC didn't do well, but it's not like NoA release schedule is remotely busy. They could easily slip it in. Why not??

The only reason I can see for NoA not bothering with D:DoC is because it'd just add fire to the 'Core games can't sell on Wii' argument. Plus lousy sales. Shame. I'd buy it.

Hope someone else picks up Fatal Frame 4 though. I'm sure it'll come eventually.
