In my humble opinion, I believe the Wii will win with 50% of the Market share, with a total number of sales numbering in at roughly 125,000,000 consoles sold by the end of the generation, and will largely be pushed by the mainstream. I believe that the 360 will snag 30-35% of the market share and will have roughly 50-65 million consoles sold, largely driven by former PS2 owners and Xbox owners. While the PS3 will have 15% of the market share largely driven by hardcore PS2 owners and technophiles who have to have their Blu-Ray.
What do you guys think?
P.S. While I don't personally like the Wii but I know that it will probably win unless Nintendo magically doesn't increase production of the console.
I also know that the PS3 will take 3rd based on it's high price and lack of games. (Also it's lack of a Killer-App.)

@CJNR
High prices drop-100million PS2's where sold AFTER it dropped sub $250.
Killer apps come-The X360 had nothing when it was released and its first real killer app was GearsOfWar 1year after launch.
Games-Thats opinion if you dont like the games on offer then you see it has having no games but someone who is interested in over half the games available will say the lineup is good.

It's hard to put it in numbers, but what the hell.

Wii - It will be the winner, with 90 - 100 million I think. I don't think it'll reach PS2 levels though, I really think the graphics will become too dated in a few years at which point the 360 and PS3 will most likely all be within $100 of the Wii, or less. First place everywhere (maybe a 2nd place in America if the 360 pulls off a miracle)

Xbox 360 - The second place winner, with 40 - 45 million. A nice increase from the Xbox, but it's not PS2. I think this is where the bulk of traditional and high end gamers will go, due to a nice combination of capability, software and price. I think it'll be 2nd place in America and Europe by a good margin, and last in Japan by a huge margin (though I still think it will hit 1 million there by the end).

PS3 - The last place of this gen, at 25 - 30 million sold. It's just too expensive, and honestly, every week it is outsold by the Wii and especially the 360 (since they're going for the same thing) is gonna hurt it. 3rd parties won't abandon it, but I see some big former playstation exclusives hitting the 360 as multiplatform titles. Also, Blu-ray just isn't as big a deal as DVD was for the PS2, and DVD drive didn't double the PS2's price, so that will continue to hurt it. 2nd place in Japan, far behind Wii but far ahead of the 360, but last place in America and Europe.

If all you're gonna post is "Liek dis topic sux0rz!" you might as well get out.

 Then why don't you make something original for once?

Wii - 45%
PS3 - 30%
X360 - 25%

It sounds good when you say "For the People", but what you really want is... a stronger army than the Knights, and the evil power to control the people.
