I have yet to find a good movie based on videogames. I thought that Silent Hill would be that but it was a piece of s***t.

Mortal Kombat is win. The first one, anyway.
The first Pokemon movie was the best and the first few years of Pokemon on daytime television were also the bomb.
End of 2009 sales predictions:
PS3 - 33 Million 360 - 40 Million Wii - 75 Million
The Double Dragon movie was absolute win! You can't go wrong with the Chairman from Iron Chef America and Alyssa Milano in cut up jeans.
At least the Mario Bros Movie had Dennis Hopper and John Leguizamo.
I liked the first and third Resident Evil movies as well.
The Second RE movie one was on the Oxygen network (women's channel) the other day

I'm probably going to make bad movies, but I hope it wont be this awful.
like all actors, Money will persuade me to do these kind of movies.

Also why doesn't nintendo/anyone make ridiculously cheesey saturday morning cartoons or movies anymore? |
Isn't Pokemon still going on?
As for videogame adaptations, the ORIGINAL Mortal Kombat was pretty good.

I remember the DK cartoon. Candy Kong confused me sexually. |
LMFAO!!! Sorry to hear that. Have you sorted that out yet?
I forgot about the RE movies...they should have stopped after the first one. HotD doesn't even look like it'd be funny to watch.

Street Fighter is home to the "greatest moment in cinematic history" so thats difinately there...
The first Mortal Kombat film was epic.
The Resident Evil series is good... although no1 here seems to agree with me.
And Pokemon is the Pinnacle of "Game to Movie" franchises... until the Gears of War movie is released.
