The new Zelda will be great! The DS has a great library of games, you can't go wrong with one.
by all means do whatever you want, but quote me u will regret this mistake

This PS3 has no games thing is getting old.
But, you have one game anyway, it might be better to get something you will use anyway.

Do you already have a 360?
Personally I think you should get rid the Wii to buy it instead.

If you so choose to be done with it, the DS is a good choice for a switch but i'd never trade my PS3 for one, but if you deem it worthy by all means.
If that's really what you want to do.

I would say this is foolish if you are trading. If you are actually selling you PS3 for maximum profit then go right ahead. It will be great to pick up a DSi and some games and will be a lot of fun.
In the long run though you may regret this decision if you let your system go for too cheap and have to purchase another PS3 once a game comes out on it that you want.
Just stateing my opinion and either way I think you will have alot of fun.
