For me it's 4x4 off road race , but I'd take the SNES version as well.
TMNT for sure.
Operation Wolf using the zapper.
Double Dragon
There was also a 4 player racing game that had a top down view, the screen was flat with 4 wheels around the edge I think it was something like Hot Rod Racing.

But aren't Neo geo games technically, "arcade perfect"? I mean, it is the same hardware and roms.

I don't think so. I remember reading that the arcade games had better sprites and music. There was a 3DO version of Samurai Showdown that was "Arcade perfect,"

Plus i think what we get for the Neo-Geo is the slightly inferior MVS versions of the Neo-Geo games, not the perfect AVS versions.
