That would make sense if only the DSi had something the DS doesn't beside the camera. Anyway, I'm used to Nintendo making us buy a lot of useless shit like those GBA to GC cable to play FF:CC in multiplayer.

"Making"? Who's making you buy anything, seriously... They are offering new products, you don't have to buy them. Honestly they're not even really aimed at you.

The reasoning behind this is simple, they want to allow games that benefit from or require the camera. If you're not interested in those games, this is not a problem.

DS = GB.
DS Lite = GB Pocket.
DSi = GBC.
DS?(^2) = GBA
DSX = GBA SP
DSMicro? = GBMicro
???????? = Nintendo DS

I don't get it. I mean, I figure that some games may use the camera but like, I don't see why they'd make Zelda DSi only...

Zelda will be for DS. And will be playable on every DS.
