How does this work with saved games?
Save files can't be put on the SD card only the actual game.

It will read the saves off your Wii, but as celine said you can't store the saves on the SD card. Shouldn't matter too much since most save files top out at 20 (often as low as 1).
BTW anybody knows if Beat Trip is a worthy purchase ?

For saved games you can do backups of them to the SD card, but for the saves to run they need to be in the Wii's memory. All this update does is copy the game from SD to the Wii's memory and run it from there, it doesn't launch directly from SD. That is why you need to have enough space in your Wii's memory to "launch" the games on SD.
Hey guys, I just want to know: all types of SDHC will now work on the Wii? Because I just bought a 4GB SDHC card, and I still have the receipt with me in case it doesn't work.
Thanks in advance!
Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

It should, but if not you can always return it.
XBL: WiiVault Wii: PM me PSN: WiiVault
PC: AMD Athlon II Quadcore 635 (OC to 4.0ghz) , ATI Radeon 5770 1GB (x2)
MacBook Pro C2D 2.8ghz, 9600m GT 512 iMac: C2D 2.0, X2600XT 256

Before you all run out and buy 32GB cards. The absolute maximum card you will EVER need for what the Wii can currently do is 8GB.
And in that 8GB I am including things like 1000 photo files to take up 2GB (I used 8Mpixel camera as a reference) and 100 music files to take up 0.6 GB (196Mb/s and about 5 minutes long)
The ENTIRE current collection of virtual console games (about 300 titles?) would take up about 2GB of space.... while the ENTIRE current Wiiware selection (about 50 here in UK, not sure about America) would probably only take up about 1GB
-----
All that together comes to 5.6 GB.... so you still have 2.4GB left for future VC/Wiiware.
Of course this is ignoring the fact you only have 20 pages worth of space on the SD card channel, so you couldn't actually download the entire VC collection even if you wanted to (20X12 = 240 channel slots)
