I can tell reasons, physical, spiritual, and sexual, to masturbate.

Since you're christian though, It will go to deaf ears.

Physical - Masturbating increases and releases testosterone and helps you mature into a more masculine figure

Masterbating frequently helps prevent prostate cancer as well. It's healthy for your body when your masterbate, so I don't see why you'd be against it, besides your religious beliefs of course.
