I don't think the PS3 needs Assassin's Creed to be exclusive (Ubisoft, by the way).
We just got Killzone 2, so I doubt Killzone 3 would do a whole lot, and the same with LittleBigPlenet. MGS5 would be fantastic, as would GoW3 and GT5.
The rest of the games are all fantastic, however, and I'd rather they take their time so they can make these games the best possible (the one's Sony is responsible for, that is).
Its going to take more than just games ...
and GT is the only true system seller in that list, one worth the title "system seller" anyway.

you want to wait KZ3 for 2014,
for 2009, year of sony becoming more and more faded away
this year we will see GOW 3, it will sells good, but i don't think it will be moving system.
You want Killzone 3 already when Killzone 2 has only been out a month?
MGS 5? the dust has only just settled on MGS 4, MGS 5 is miles away.
Little big planet 2? Same story, Little big planet is still fresh so a sequel wont come for a while yet.
Lastly, the 3 games mentioned above didn't exactly help the ps3 catch the Wii or 360 did they, sure, all the games above gave ps3 sales a little bump for a few weeks, but then it was business as usual.
Bottom line______ is this, Sony have ONE system seller left and thats Gran turismo 5.
The clock is ticking this gen and sony are running out of time.
The positions that the 3 current gen consoles are in now are the positions they will finish in this gen.
From 1st to 3rd.............. OUCH
GT5, Everything Final Fantasy/Dragon Quest Exclusive. This would help move a shitload of consoles.
Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^
even with all these games they would not cause the 360 to take second place from the 360. THese games are all good but weve seen that most of them do not move systems very much. GT is possibly the only exception
