i agree 100%. The PS1 days were so great. So many imaganitive games. Back then it wasnt about FPS, it was about a mixture of many good games. Damn i missed crash bandicoot and spyro. WHY DID YOU HAVE TO SELL THEM SONY?

They broke because I mistreated them, and left them on for weeks at a time. My Xbox is never over used, given plenty of room to ventilate, and may not be touched when running

Oh....What chip is your 360?

I got it in June 2008, so it should be something decent

Oh, and my first system was GB, then I got a GBA, then my mum bought me a PS1, and then six months later a PS2, and I have been a fan of the PS since, but a hardcore gamer only this gen

Ah a falcon then :) I got a Jasper and it dosnet even get hot.

The PS1, N64 era was fantastic.

SotN, Vagrant Story, FFTactics, Resident Evil 1 and 2, VII, and VIII, OOT, Mario 64, Goldeneye, MGS.

Epic fucking win. I love that era.

The best game, however, wasn't on the PS1. It was Ocarina of Time.

Firstly, Sony never owned the Crash franchise, the have only owned ND since 2001.

However, what I realised is that the Crash franchise was massive, I was looking at the top selling games on all the PS3 platforms (GT for PS1, GTA for 23P, with GT very close, and FF also at the top) at they all sold above 7m, they were even quite big in Japan. Sony should have bought them

Ah a falcon then :) I got a Jasper and it dosnet even get hot.

It is still bloody noisy, I am trying to install every game when I play it, but SO4 is going to be a problem with 3 discs that require swapping between to backtrack. Luckily with LO you can just install the last disc

This gen (=era) is the greatest (or will be, when all is said and done), not the PS/N64.

But PS2 is the greatest single console.
