Forums - Sales - Which will sell more? Infamous or Ninja Blade?

I will have to go with Ninja Blade.  It seems that as of late the PS3 exclusives haven't lived up to the sales hype.

Come on OP two diff genres. What us up with all of the inFamous talk as of late? Trying to anti-hype the game up, so it can be said that ps3 owners over-hype games?

Dude it's VGchartz all we do here is compare sales. And wussup with you? Did you get a personality remake since your ban? A Darker DMeisterJ I suppose?

inFamous

Infamous. Its genre appeals more to the average gamer

infamous, without a doubt

The hype '' Psi-Ops The Mindgate Conspiracy +GTA '' vs ''ninja gaiden clon'' ,..?ummmm ,. ninja blade,..

''Halo reach''.. sell 7.m first week ,Believe¡¡¡¡¡¡

Of course Infamous is going to sell more. Just look at Crackdown and Ninja Gaiden. Even though Ninja Gaiden had a way better score then crackdown, crackdown still sold way better. I think open world appeal to more people.

Crackdown sold alot , and the reason is that it had a Halo 3 demo with it. people bought it especially for that,

@ OP i think Ninja Blade, since its a xbox exclusive, and its a Ninja Gaiden kind of game, not alot of people own the ps3 yet. but lifetime sales i think its Infamous.

InFamous.

Hack n' slash games are just a niche genre, and Ninja Blade will suffer from this. The only decent selling one this gen his DMC4, and it's from a well known series and was released on multiple platforms, and it hasn't even managed to break 2.5 million units altogether.

What's really surprising is that the best selling hack n' slash game this gen on a single platform is Heavenly Sword. It has higher total and weekly sales than either NGII or the ps3 version of DMC4:

http://www.vgchartz.com/swlaunch.php?reg1=All&game1=Devil+May+Cry+4+-+PS3&reg2=All&game2=Heavenly+Sword+-+PS3&reg3=All&game3=Ninja+Gaiden+2+-+X360&weeks=80

That's also incredibly sad, seeing as the game will probably never reach two million. The only hack n' slash game that will hit that number this gen is God of War III.

Infamous without a doubt.

Ninja Blade i feel will be overlooked by most gamers(possibly due to the generic sounding name).
