DonWii said: I was a little surprised. It seems like EA is putting effort into some games, and letting the brand name/appeal carry sales of others. They ARE the #1 third party publisher for a reason.
I have a neutral stance with them, especially since I don't think I own a single EA game. |
Here are my thoughts on EA. In general, they make sloppy, marketing-driven, cash-in software. However, when you have God-only-knows-how-many dev teams under your umbrella, some genuinely fun products can't help but slip through the network of mediocrity. Though they tend to still be a little sloppy.
Some EA titles I've enjoyed:
Battlefield 1942
Godfather
Battle for Middle-Earth
