i dont theyd win either. because i dont think it will make it to the judge (aka settlement)
If any dev should be attacked they should go to blizzard not sony cause of wow. hasen't (sp?) there been tons of reports of people passing out and dying due to exhaustion, fatigue, loss of sleep cause of the addiction? im not blaming blizzard myself but you think that they might have been sued/attacked by advocates and protesters cause of these cases.

I know a couple who played an MMO in korea or something for got to feed their child for a few days. The child died lol. Some people just shouldnt have children.
Sony should sue... if they want another massive PR blunder.

Regardless of how Sony reacts to whatever controller the kid is holding, I think the people who made the ad deserve some flak for saying that video games will kill people.

What do games have to do with getting fat? Nothing.
What do burgers have to do with getting fat? Alot.
If he was holding a big mac box, then yes mcdonalds would probably sue their pants off. However mcdonalds makes you fat, sony and the PS3 does not.

What does the text in the advert have to do with this? Everything.
What does the image of the child have to do with this? Everything. It's a child doing the sort of thing that children do.
EDIT: also, that's not an official Sony PS3 controller anyway. There's no cord or USB socket. Hence my allusion to McDonalds with just a burger. People love to jump to conclusions and make connections where there is only a tenuous link.
