The Wii will win 2009! It will sell more than the PS3 and 360 combined! There's no question! It's pointless debating it, because it will happen.

Now, as for the HD consoles, it could go either way, depending on what happens. It makes for a good debate, because there isn't one console that will clearly win.

I think you guys just read the title and ignored everything else. When will you understand that not everything is bashing the Wii?

I'm not sure a $150 price cut for the 360 will have much effect. It's already at $200, which is considered to be "mass market price". Any lower, it could appear undesirable, or simply not affect anything. A cut from $400 to $300 would have a far larger effect, if it happens.

Making the Pro $250 and the Elite $300 would probably help more, actually.
